Congratulations to Theo S. on being selected as our February 2026 Contractor of the Month!

Theo has been with Blair since the beginning, working alongside longtime Driver Manager Jeremy H. During his time with the company, he has driven over one million safe miles and is quickly approaching the two-million-mile milestone. We look forward to celebrating that achievement with him in the future.

Theo was also recently recognized as a Blair Legend in honor of his tenure and the hard work he has contributed over the years. He is a seasoned contractor who stays focused on safety and consistently handles the job the right way.

His advice to new contractors is “Remember that you are driving an 80,000-pound truck. If it were your family riding beside you, you would want to stay safe and take care of your equipment every day.”
