James has been a valued part of the Blair family for 11 years, running out of our Birmingham terminal and working closely with Driver Manager Blake M. He has built a career defined by consistency, professionalism, and dedication to excellence, all of which have contributed to his success and ability to reach this milestone. He was also recently recognized as a Contractor of the Year Finalist, as well as Contractor of the Month and Contractor of the Quarter in 2025, and continues to set the standard through his performance.

Safety is at the core of everything James does. He leads by example and has earned a reputation as one of the safest and most reliable contractors on the road. He is also known for supporting others, always willing to share advice and help fellow contractors succeed. A U.S. Army veteran, James brings discipline and a strong work ethic to everything he does while continuing to provide for his wife, Kim, and their three children.
