It is our honor to recognize Blair Legend Charlie N. for his outstanding career and commitment to excellence.

Charlie joined the Blair family in 2011 and has been working hard ever since. He is a million safe mile driver and a former Contractor of the Year finalist, reflecting his consistency and professionalism on the road.

When asked why he chose Blair, Charlie said it feels like a family. He values the strong relationships across the company, where everyone knows each other and works together with clear communication and mutual respect.

Charlie credits his success to being dependable, arriving on time or early, and planning ahead, especially when preparing for early Monday deliveries.

His advice to less experienced contractors is simple: always be on time or early, and be 100 percent confident in your securement. If you are ever unsure, call someone and ask.

Charlie also learned early on from his brother the importance of proper securement, tarping, and how costly claims can be. Those lessons continue to guide him today.
