Congratulations Emanuel on being our third finalist for the 2023 Contractor of the Year. Emanuel is from Birmingham, AL, and was the August 2023 Contractor of the Month and Q3 Contractor of the Quarter. Emanuel has been a part of the PSL family for 13 years.

With 32 years of trucking experience under his belt, Emanuel’s commitment to safety and excellence is unmatched. He is a Million Safe Mile Blair contractor and a proud recipient of the 2022 ATA Driver of the Year award. Emanuel’s track record of zero DOT accidents and zero service failures, is a testament to his dedication and reliability.

Emanuel’s positive demeanor and willingness to assist others are admired by his peers and recognized by all. He operates out of the Birmingham terminal under Driver Manager Alan H., who says Emanuel is “a great guy all around.”

Beyond his professional life, Emanuel cherishes his family life with his wife Octavia and their two boys, Quavasiya and JaMarcio McKenzie. They are active members of COFB, the Church Of The Firstborn in Cottondale, AL.
