For the past 10 years, Mike has been an integral part of the Blair family, operating out of our Birmingham, AL terminal under Driver Manager Alan H. His unwavering dedication to safety, professionalism, and top-tier service has set him apart as one of the best.

This year, Mike was inducted into the Blair Million Safe Mile Club, a testament to his commitment to safe driving and reliability. Beyond his exceptional work behind the wheel, Mike is an educator, always willing to share his knowledge and mentor newcomers to the trucking industry.

Mike’s journey is one of resilience and accomplishment. A cancer survivor, he has overcome personal challenges with strength and determination. He played college football at the University of Alabama, carrying that same discipline and teamwork into his trucking career. Off the road, Mike is a devoted father of four daughters and a proud grandfather to two granddaughters, having helped put two of his daughters through college.

Outside of work, Mike is a car enthusiast who enjoys the open road just as much in his free time. Whether behind the wheel of a big rig or cruising on his motorcycle, he finds joy in the ride—especially when his best friend’s daughter, London, his favorite riding partner, joins him for the journey.
