We are proud to recognize Theo S. for his outstanding 15 years of service and one million safe miles, achievements that truly make him a Blair Legend. Theo joined Blair in 2009 and has proudly worked with Fleet Manager Jeremy H. throughout his time here.

Theo is known for being hardworking, dependable, and always willing to lend a helping hand to others. A longtime Mississippi resident, he and his lovely wife have built a wonderful life together, and Theo continues to represent Blair with professionalism and integrity every day. When asked what advice he would give to new contractors, Theo shared: “Remember that you are driving an 80,000-pound truck. If it were your family riding beside you, you would want to stay safe and take care of your equipment every day.”

That mindset is reflected in the way Theo operates every day. He takes excellent care of his equipment, goes the extra mile to ensure every load is properly secured, and always keeps safety as his top priority. He pays attention to his speed, stays mindful of the motoring public, and consistently demonstrates the professionalism and responsibility that define a true Blair Legend.
