Charles has been a valued part of the Blair team since 2018 and operates out of our Indianapolis terminal with the support of Driver Manager Dylan C. Charles brings experience, discipline, and a strong commitment to running his business the right way. During his time with Blair, he has achieved the major milestone of paying off his lease purchase truck.

Known for his reliability and team-first mindset, Charles consistently goes above and beyond and is always willing to help when the team needs it. When he is not on the road, he enjoys spending time at the with his wife, Dawnita, and their son, Bryce.
