Welcome to the Blair Million Miler Club Carl “Cowboy”! He is without a doubt one of the cleanest contractors in the fleet! He runs under Driver Manager Ty P. out of our Hope terminal. Not only does he demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety he possesses exceptional problem-solving skills. You know you can always count on Cowboy to be on time. He is a very reliable member of the Blair family. Over the years, he has consistently exceeded Blair’s expectations and shows up daily with a positive attitude.
